| How to Order Dr. D's Avian Pellets |

There are three ways to order Dr. D's Avian Pellets as follows:
PHONE
You can call us any time between 10:00 am and 7:00 pm at (248) 685-1080 to get a real person, or call after hours to leave a
message on the answering machine. Orders are usually shipped within a 24 hour period. If ordered by 1:30 pm EST, orders are
usually shipped same day (This applies to most orders).

EMAIL
You can e-mail your order to drdspellets@aol.com.
With your order, please include your name, full street address, phone number with area code, and method of payment. We
accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and PayPal. We also accept COD Orders (You may also use personal check or money order,
but your order is not shipped until payment is received).
For security purposes, you can send us two different emails, each with one half of your credit card number - but remember to
include your expiration date as well as the 3 digit number on the back.
If you are more comfortable calling us directly, you can call us at (248) 685-1080 between the hours of 10 am and 7 pm EST to
give us your credit card number or, if you call us after hours, you can leave it on the answering machine. Remember to include
your expiration date and the 3 digit code on the back. If you get the answering machine, it WILL give our name in the message.
We never "cold call" anyone to ask for a credit card number and you should never give one out to a cold caller. If we ever have to
call you regarding your credit card, we will TELL YOU (not ask you) the last 4 digits that we have on file.
